The solution has been a cloud platform for census of all corporate resources, where you can schedule and maintain maintenance, consult the historians of each resource, and check the status in real time on detailed and interactive building's maps. In addition, a mobile application for maintainers has been implemented, whom can see planned work for the day on theirs smartphones and load the results of the intervention by certifying their presence on the site by scanning a QR code, in conjunction with their GPS coordinates.
